Just Enough to Decide

A click pen counts repeated clicks and interrupts its click mechanism after the threshold is reached

##Just Enough to Decide

The prototype is a click pen with a click counter. It records each physical click and the time between clicks, and when three clicks occur within the 700 ms working window, it changes the pen’s state. The pen does not know why the user clicked, what they intended, or what the repeated clicks mean; it only knows the pattern of input it has detected. The user sees the change in the pen, but not the count or the rule behind it.
